LCD Monitor Warranty Terms & Conditions

• 36 months on-site warranty
• All parts & labour (panel included)
• AOC will only offer goods exchange on the following condition:
  • More than 3 bright / dead pixels are found on the LCD panel
  • Valid only within 7 days from the date of purchase
• The defect is not due to use of the product for other than domestic purposes, or on an incorrect voltage, or contrary to operating instructions, or to accidental damage (whether in transit or otherwise), misuse, neglect or incorrect repair, or incorrect installation. This guarantee card does not cover accessories belonging to the products.
• The few "dead spots" appearing on the LCD panel is the nature of the product, which is within factory standard and therefore not covered by this guarantee card.
• AOC reserves the rights to all final decisions.

AOC MINI LED Monitor 5-Year Warranty

1. 5-year Warranty (3+2 years), primarily based on a 3-year Mini LED warranty, with an additional extension of "2 years carry-in warranty". This extended warranty is applicable only to AOC Mini LED products.
2. For the initial 3 years, it covers panel, components, and on-site labor costs. Image burn-in warranty is also included within the first 3 years of warranty.
3. The additional "2 years carry-in warranty" covers panel and components entirely, but customers are responsible for bringing the faulty product to an AOC service center. Image burn-in warranty is not included in this coverage.
4. The additional "2 years carry-in warranty" must be registered using one of the following methods:
   • Whatsapp phone no.: 6398 0774 Customer Service Center (providing purchase date, model, and product serial number)
   • Direct phone call: 2619 1840 Customer Service Center (providing purchase date, model, and product serial number)
5. After successful registration, Customer Service Center staff will provide a "Warranty Registration Number" for confirmation.
6. If the product is found damaged in the fourth or fifth year, customers must provide 1) purchase receipt and 2) Warranty Registration Number to avail the additional two years of extended warranty service.
7. The promotion period for AOC Mini LED 5-year warranty starts on June 1, 2024, until further notice.
